Knowing a delay is likely before you leave the house changes your commute — this project forecasts transit delays from historical patterns. What you'll work on : • Build a forecasting model predicting delay likelihood per route and time of day • Integrate real-time data where available to refine predictions • Build a simple commuter-facing interface showing predicted delays What we're looking for : • Comfortable with React/Next.js and Python (FastAPI). • Familiarity with Time Series Forecasting is a plus. • Curiosity and a willingness to learn independently.
