Predicting churn before it happens lets a business act early — this project builds a classification model on real usage patterns. What you'll work on : • Train a classification model predicting subscriber churn from usage data • Evaluate the model with precision/recall tuned for early intervention • Build a dashboard ranking at-risk customers by churn probability What we're looking for : • Comfortable with React/Next.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask). • Familiarity with scikit-learn and classification metrics. • Curiosity and a willingness to learn independently.
