What you'll work on : • Train a regression model estimating property price from structured features • Build a web form collecting property details and returning a price estimate with a confidence range • Visualize comparable listings and key price-driving factors What we're looking for : • Solid working knowledge of React/Next.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask) expected. • Familiarity with scikit-learn and basic regression modeling. • Comfortable communicating model uncertainty clearly to end users.
